-Credit card payments can be taken through Paypal or Etsy
-Payment must be made in full before completed projects will be mailed to the client

Shipping

Shipping charges will be noted along with your purchased item on the invoice. If I am completing a custom calligraphy project for you, I will insure the package. I am not responsible for items before they reach me or once they leave my hands.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds on custom orders. Please understand that all calligraphy and other work by The Pretty Pen is custom and therefore will be unique in design. I understand that no piece is exactly the same as another and that is part of the charm of calligraphy and original art. The Pretty Pen has the ability and freedom to produce unique work for my project and I realize it may vary slightly from pictures and scripts shown.

 

Processing Time

Prints ship out in 2-5 business days.

Custom Orders: If your reservation goes beyond the project date set because of a holdup by the customer (guest list not submitted, awaiting additional addresses or names, etc) there will be a 20% rush fee applied. 

If projects (i.e. envelopes, escort cards) arrive past their scheduled Project Start Date, a 20% additional fee will apply as these run into my next scheduled projects and are treated as "Rush" projects instead. 

A “Rush” Project is any project that needs to be completed immediately, without the 2-3 week turn-around time. This is subject to a 20% additional rush fee.

Please allow 2-3 week turn-around on all projects. If you know need a Rush on a project, please contact me to discuss further options.
